Returns Policy
At Hide&Hype, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hideandhypeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For international orders, return shipping is also at the customer's cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of sale status. Please email us at hideandhypeofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items not in original packaging
